Why Is My iPad Storage Always Full and How Can I Free Up Space?

I’m using a 64GB iPad (likely the 9th gen), and it keeps showing “storage full” warnings even after deleting apps and files. The space doesn’t seem to change at all. Am I missing something? I’d prefer not to reset the device. Any simple tips to clear storage would be really helpful!
