How to Create a Distribution list in Outlook?

I want to create a distribution list in Outlook to easily email a group of contacts at once, but I’m not sure how to set it up. Can anyone guide me through the steps to create one?

Open People, create a new contact group, fill it and save the list. Then, it is possible to email the whole group and use its name.
