The quickest way is to right-click the document in Finder while holding the Option key and select Copy “filename” as Pathname. You can then paste the full file path anywhere you need it. I use this method often because it’s much faster than manually navigating through folders.

The fastest method I have used for copying file paths on my Mac is to locate the file through Finder, press the Option key, right-click the file, and then click the Copy "filename" as Pathname. I often use this approach since it provides me with the exact file path instantly.

Whenever I need a file path on my Mac, I simply copy it using Finder's Copy as Pathname option. It takes just a couple of seconds and I get the whole file path. This option comes in handy whenever one wants to share a file path with co-workers or when they want to write the path in some software program.

Another good solution is to select the file and then press the Command + Option + C combination in Finder. In such a way, you will be able to copy the file's pathname immediately.
