The simplest and quickest way to set an application to full screen mode in a Mac is to click on the green button at the top left side of the application. I use it whenever I am working on my computer because it removes all the distractions from me.

I'd like to use apps without distractions and want to know the easiest method. How do you make full screen on Mac, and are there any keyboard shortcuts?

I actively use the full-screen mode while working with big files. The most efficient variant for me is to press Control + Command + F; however, clicking the green button will give the same result. All my modern applications support this function.

The full-screen mode is perfect to concentrate on one particular task without distraction. In my case, I just need to press the green button located in the upper left corner of the window of my application. In case my application supports the full-screen mode, it will become much bigger.

Mostly, I use full-screen mode while writing or viewing any video clips. The easiest choice is to press the green window button; however, most applications have the possibility to press Control + Command + F. Then all the dock and menu bars disappear from your screen until you will want them.
